The school and its premises have different roles.

The Khamgaon school campus is part of Goenka One’s institutional property work in Maharashtra. Its name, location and built-up area are included in our selected projects, so an institution can examine a specific example when considering the build-to-suit model.

Goenka One’s responsibility is the premises: bringing together a suitable site, funding, design, approvals and construction. We retain ownership and lease the completed building. The school is responsible for its own educational operation. This separation lets a prospective partner understand what it would manage and what we would provide.
